Advanced Circuit Research Center (ACRC) in cooperation with Andrew and Erna Viterbi Faculty of Electrical Engineering invites you to our annual Research Day. The Research Day 2020 will begin with a keynote lecture, delivered by Prof. Rajit Manohar of Yale University on “Neuromorphic Systems: From Concept to Design” and followed by poster session of graduate students from Technion, Tel-Aviv University, Ben-Gurion University and Bar-Ilan University. The graduate students will present ongoing research and projects in the field of advanced integrated circuits.

Rajit Manohar is Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Yale. He received his B.S. (1994), M.S. (1995), and Ph.D. (1998) from Caltech. His group conducts research on the design, analysis, and implementation of self-timed systems. He is the recipient of an NSF CAREER award, nine best paper awards, nine teaching awards, and was named to MIT technology review’s top 35 young innovators under 35 for contributions to low power microprocessor design.

When: Tuesday, 28 January 2020 at 16:00 (we will start with gathering and refreshments and the lecture will begin at 16:15).

Where: Andrew and Erna Viterbi Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Auditorium 1003, Meyer building, Technion.
