Power Delivery Network: Design, Simulation and Analysis
Lecturer:
Dr. Alexander Svetlitza
Research Areas:
Supplying a stable high-quality power for the semiconductor is complicated and expensive. In this lecture, you will be introduced to the basic components of common Power Delivery Systems, and we will focus on the silicon part of it – the Power Grid. We will explore the complexity and challenges in designing and modeling the on-chip power delivery grid, and will present common methods used in the industry today. The lecture is conducted as a part of the course "VLSI Physical Design Automation 046918" |
Alexander Svetlitza has a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the Technion. Currently a senior VLSI engineer in Amazon (AWS), Alexander previously held similar roles in Apple Silicon and Marvell Semiconductor.
