Karin Eibschitz-Segal is corporate vice president and general manager of Intel Validation
Engineering. In this role, she is responsible for delivering Intel’s promise of highest
quality products. Based in Israel, Karin is leading the global Intel engineering
organization responsible for functional, electrical, and power/performance system
validation of products. In addition, Eibschitz is the Co-General Manager of Intel Israel.
Since joining Intel in 2001, Karin has focused on the development of products, systems
and infrastructure, tools, and methods. She has held multiple leadership positions in
software, system engineering and validation organizations. Karin was a member of the
system validation engineering team that won an Intel Quality Award in 2016, and a
member of the diversity and inclusion team that won Intel’s 2018 D&I achievement
award.
Karin holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from The Technion – Israel Institute
of Technology. In 2017, she was selected by Globes as one of Israel’s 40 most promising
young leaders, and in 2019, Forbes Israel highlighted Karin among the 50 most
influential and accomplished Israeli women. In 2020, the Global Semiconductor Alliance
selected Karin as a nominee for Rising Women of Influence award, and in 2021,2023 and
2024 she was selected by Globes as one of Israel’s 50 most influential and accomplished
Israeli women. In 2022, Karin led Israel’s national subcommittee for increasing tech
females’ representation in high tech, as part of the national committee for increasing
high tech human capital.
