17:45 – 18:20 Summary of the mentoring program, what goals we had, what goals we achieved and which less, expectations, sharing experiences from students and engineers, and providing feedback for retention/improvement.
18:20 – 19:00 Group workshop on women’s empowerment, career consolidation, and mingling.
19:15-19:00 Distribution of certificates to engineers and a symbolic gift.
**Students whose mentor does not come are welcome to join us (and even recommended) and share your experience.
