Research and Teaching Laboratory
The Micro-Nano electronics center includes the Micro-Nanoelectronics fabrication unit (MNFP&U), which is a national infrastructure for micro and nano device engineering encompassing more than 700 sq meter of Class100 and Class1000 cleanroom.
The center supports the research and development studies of around 60 Technion researchers each year, and provides services for the industry and research groups from other universities.
A Microelectronics Process course is taught every semester for undergraduate students of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
