MNFPU – Micro-Nanoelectronics Printing & Fabrication Unit

ECE Women Community

Research and Teaching Laboratory

The Micro-Nanoelectronics Center includes the MNFU (Micro-Nano Fabrication Unit), a national infrastructure center for process engineering in the fields of micro and nanoelectronics. At the heart of the center is a cleanroom spanning approximately 700 square meters, classified as Class100 & Class1000. The center supports the research and development of dozens of research groups from the Technion each year, while also providing services to industry companies and research groups outside the Technion.
Each semester, the center offers a process teaching course in microelectronics for undergraduate students in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
The center is located in the Wolfson Microelectronics Building and the Zisapel Nanoelectronics Building.
