Associate Professor Shahar Kvatinsky was awarded the 2020 Electronics Young Investigator Award

An award from the journal Electronics is awarded annually to a young researcher, in recognition of his or hers excellence in electronics and its applications.

Electronics is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes theoretical and experimental results, publishing over 1000 papers annually. 

Professor Shahar Kvatinsky leads the ASIC2 research group at the Andrew & Erna Viterbi Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Technion. The group studies the implications of emerging technologies in computer architecture, VLSI systems and integrated circuit design. Shahar’s current research focuses on circuits and architectures with emerging memory technologies and design of energy-efficient architectures.
