Research Areas:
This work utilizes mixed ionic-electronic semiconductor device modeling to elucidate the physical processes governing device operation. Initially focusing on lead-halide perovskite solar cells, the model was employed to interpret and analyze experimental results. Furthermore, it explores ion migration and its effects on device degradation, highlighting strategies to enhance efficiency and stability. Additionally, the research extends to Organic Electrochemical Transistors (OECTs), investigating the role of counterions in device performance. The findings contribute to the development of more reliable and effective OECTs.
